Correct. There is a series of specialty Capital ranges and rangetops in 30", 36" and 48" wide with a dedicated Wok burner with a 25,000BTU 3-ring open burner that we offer. We have a strong specialty in Asian cooking, and aside from this, there are a couple other solutions for wok cooking or Chinese cooking out in the market, depending on the design you are hoping to have for your kitchen. Are you going for a more contemporary look or traditional? Industrial? How much oven do you need? Some of our Chinese customers will prefer to get a combi-steam oven or a steam oven in lieu of a traditional oven (since Chinese cooking has a strong steaming tradition).
