Reduce bedroom to increase ensuite?

I have a 4 bedroom home and thinking of reducing the size of the third bedroom to make our ensuite bigger. Is this a smart investment or should I leave all bedrooms as is?

Thinking resale down the road.

Depends on what the bedroom is like after it is reduced in size.

The bedroom would be reduced to accommodate a single bed or be idea for an office

It also depends on how large the ensuite is now. If it is a perfectly adequate size, but just not the ensuite of your dreams, then I would hesitate to reduce the size of the bedroom. If it is too small for comfort, then the trade off might be worth it.

Thanks for the comment feeny, it's a pretty small ensuite. We are going to remove the tub/shower combo and only go with shower (we have a tub in the other bathroom)

What would the dimensions of the reduced bedroom actually be? We have one bedroom that is smaller than the others and our son loves the coziness of it, but it is still a functional size.
