Not sure what other colors you have nearby which could affect the choice, but from what I see perhaps an apple green color.

Most of the colors are neutrals - grays and beige

If you decide to go with a neutral, I would pick up the gray with the white cabinets. Or maybe a gray green.

Watching scandal and googled the color of Olivia popes apartment... Bm nantucket gray. Looks divine.

I think changing the cabinet pulls to something more modern and larger scaled would be good too. I see a warm paint color that is from nature rather than red, or pick a color from the stained glass window? Look outside the window for warm browns maybe? Reface the cabinets to something more substantial and less flimsy looking. I would keep the upper cabinet color the same as the bulkhead so it doesn't look patchy. Also, look into a deeper granite, quartz, or other real solid surface counter top with a bull nose edge rather than the sharp edge it has now. Perhaps you could find a small simple backsplash that relates to the stained glass in pattern or color? Or you could do what everyone is doing with a white kitchen, subway tile and maybe find a solid surface counter top with a little blue in it to relate to the stained glass? Beef up the baseboard to larger proportions. Everything looks so skimpy and flimsy. You could also do a darker under cabinet and lighter upper cabinet. Sorry you asked for paint, and I just kept talking!
