My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What material is the counter?

This is my favorite kitchen on all of Houzz and the internet! It speaks to me with its simple lines. So many kitchens these days scream to be noticed but this is the true show-stopper. I assumed it was in Santa Barbara- very surprised to hear it was done by a Nashville designer. Kudos to you- excellent work!

    superwhite, a carrera-like granite. It's not Santa Barbara, but I did live in Santa Fe at one point, and have always wanted to do a house like this! Architect David Baird used to live in San Diego.....!
