Looking for a way to tone down the overwhelming middle face of the house. We are keeping the brick to the left and are painting the wood siding in gray and charcoal gray tones... in the spring. We have thought about shingling it, but have been told that might make it more obtrusive. Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
