My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is framing for glazing aluminum or steel? Insulation barrier in them?

    Hello, willpit - thank you for your question. These are aluminum glazing sections, and they are not thermally broken, largely since the project is in Southern California, where the weather is very mild.

    The big sliders are from Fleetwood, and we used Kawneer curtain wall system for fixed glass and the framing of the red entry door.
