We are working to finalize our plans but can't quite get the front to our liking. The part that is throwing us for a loop is the gable over the front door. We initially did not have it but wanted to bring a little more attention to the front door and also wanted to provide some cover for anyone standing at the front door. The architect drew up that gable but the left portion gets cut off due to the roof of the room to the left. Any ideas on how we can improve the look? The architect has not been much help with this.
