Recessed lighting layout

We are starting a bonus room remodel and want to use recessed lighting. This room is 24' x 24' and will serve as our primary family room. There are 6 large windows (2 windows on each of three of the walls and the fourth wall is adjacent to the house) and the ceiling height is 8'. So what would be the best layout for our recessed lighting?

If you draw a floor plan to scale with windows, doors, TV, furniture, etc in it, I could give you some real suggestions. You don't want the lights right above your head or between you and the TV. You will probably want to use 3 different switches to turn areas or functions on separately. Spacing will depend on how much light you want and what size recessed you use.
