need help with my bathroom

We have just purchased and we know that this bathroom needs a remodel! We want to keep it as a walk in shower and update all. In the rest of our home we tend to have antiques mixed with mordern. Any thoughts of what to do?

    try having a good color scheme. like white and black and then do a bright color for towels and rugs. maybe a white and turquoise wallpaper and add green and turquoise towels. then do white tiles on the ground and in the shower do white and black tiles
