Need help for my kitchen

Hi Everyone,
This is my first time posting here so please bear with me :)
My hubby and I are moving into a new home and today we had our first appointment with the design center to choose options/upgrades for our new home. Our kitchen will have white shaker cabinets and I chose gray glass subway tiles for the backsplash as an upgrade. The builder offers Radianz quartz countertops as an upgrade and I chose St. Helena which is mostly white. I am now wondering if I should choose a countertop that has more gray in it so that it will have more of a contrast with the white shaker cabinets. However I don't want to choose a countertop that is too busy because it may clash with the backsplash. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time :).
