IMO, having 2 laundry facilities is redundant. I would eliminate option 2, one person will have the toilet in his/her way when standing in front of the sink. I voted option 3. I think you could still add the same storage on that plan as you did on Plan A.
EDIT: If you like the private toilet area offered in option A, you can also add that same wall in Option C.

Option B - you don't gain anything with option C. But with option B I would make the vanity longer, with a smaller linen closet like in C.

My 2nd choice is A, esp. If your basement laundry is unfinished.

I previously eliminated option B because of the space in front of the left sink. Looking at it again, I would maybe go with that option now that I see you could have a little more space in front of that sink by moving your toilet 3 in. towards the south wall and have a 22 in. deep vanity. The vanity is on the small side but for resale value, I think most buyers would prefer a 2 sink small vanity than a large 1 sink vanity.

I wonder if this is an option. There might be other possibilities to configurate the bathroom depending on the dimensions of your current closet and the height of the window.

Do you need 5 bedrooms? That one closes to the master looks so tiny (although it could very well be a decent sized room), with a very tiny closet. Could be part of the master suite. Although I typically prefer to maintain as many bedrooms as possible, if there is any use for them.

Option c will allow for a more versatile decoration of the space. The vanity should be double and the natural light that will be in the room will give it a good feel. Option A also works, but in my opinion i would take out the laundry closet and make shower bigger, as well as the other closet.

I thought the same thing about the smallest bedroom emilyam819. Without knowing the dimensions, it is hard to tell if it is a small bedroom ... or maybe Steven is using it as an office(?) I drew the floor plan above a little fast ... the shower does not need to be a corner shower, it could be square or rectangular.

I like option B double vanities as long as there is adequate room between the left sink and the toilet (at least 3 ft in my opinion). I also like that there is some additional storage in there. The idea of laundry upstairs is terrific (I have mine upstairs) but with only being able to squeeze in a small euro size I think it would seem like a lot of $ spent for a lot of trips to the basement to use the full size ie. bedding and if you have kids, larger loads. Also, the stress of checking multiple locations for a missing item. Best wishes for a smooth remodel and a happy flow.

In case you like the floor plan I drew above but you find the closet a bit cramped, I changed the configuration inside the closet. Based on the length of the 4'6" wall, I estimate the following measurements: Vanity is 7'0", Shower is 3'4" x 4'1", Shelves in closet are 3'4", Total hanging space is 10'10". Note that I enlarged the storage. For this reason, I removed the small storage in front of the stairs and gave that space to the closet in the top right bedroom. I am very curious to know if my measurements are close and if you like or dislike this plan.
