My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I don't know if it is the same brand, but we recently did a screened porch with Screen-Eze brand screening. It can span large areas and is made of fiberglass, but is still affordable. The builder loved it's ease of installation too.

    I see the dark tracks on the side so I think they are Phantom Screens which can raise and lower.
