My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I planted it from the seeds from store-bought pepper. But it never fruited, got curly leaves... all my other peppers including habaneros did very well.
You'll probably get more responses from the folks in the hot pepper forum. I grew a few manzanos and rocotos(in containers)last season, but I killed them trying to overwinter them. I have only two rocotos started now. They take a while to germinate. They will put out a small harvest the first year but if you can overwinter them, they will get large and be prolific the subsequent seasons...or so I've read...I haven't gotten past the first season yet...I do know that they were the only peppers that the deer didn't go after, due to the fuzzy leaves. And, they can take cooler conditions than other species.
Here's a link to some threads about manzanos...some may be old...
