Composted sheep manure

Hey all! Wonder if you can help me out here. I got a bit crazy yesterday at a plant sale. One of these parking lot 'garden centres' was closing up for the season, and just as I was passing they were dismantling. Getting rid of what ever they could. 'Fill a cart for 10 bucks'. So fill a cart I did!

I really did try to keep my wits about me. Reminding myself that most of these were annuals, and that I would have to PLANT everything. But then I saw the bags of soil. 5 for a dollar. SOLD.

Only when I got them home, I realised they were actually Composted sheep manure. Now they are COMPOSTED. So I was hoping I can kind of mix them in with my own compost to fill the giant wine barrel I had in mind when I bought them. The barrel is intended for the few beefstake bush tomatoes I picked up, and the couple of pepper plants. I was thinking some basil too. Its a fair size container.

Whats your opinion? Too strong? Should I use it for something else, and go out and buy some container soil? Can I .. (Im hoping you'll say you think its alright) ..use the sheep manure somewhat? If you do think I can, any opinions on they type of mix? Ratio of manure to compost, or bagged soil?

Thanks kindly for helping me out of a 'buying frenzy'.
