The leaves of my pepper plants are curling upwards, yellowing, and eventually falling off. The plants just don't look great. They are outside, I fertilized when planting with osmocote. I have sprayed with insecticidal soap and they just seem to continue deteriorating. I pasted a flikr link below. Thanks for any help/advice anyone could give!
