My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Try Restoration hardware, Home Decorators Collection catalog, Pottery barn, Home Depot, Ballard. All of these stores have the exact same style available. You could also try any lighting company online. Try Bellacor, Lowes, Lighting New York. Or you could ask one of the designers on this site.

    How surprised I am to find a picture of my powder room on Houzz! I had no idea!

    The light came from Union Lighting and Furnishings in Toronto.
