And an appropriate product, assuming you do not want to test the soil and fertilize accordingly, would be something with ratios 15-5-30 for those fruiting plants. Or perhaps 25-5-30 for the peppers only.

If you google Plant Marvel Blossom Booster you'll find many pages of info. It's for strong starts and transplants and for forcing blooming, also good for pink color in hydrangeas. Dissolve 2 tablespoons per gallon. I found that out from google just now.

5-50-17 has high proportion of Phosphate which is good for grown up plants which are in a stage of flowering.
