Wow, how lucky you are to have that resource!

I make the tea with pigeon and chicken manure along with the wood shaving bedding from my loft/coop. I mix it at about 1 part manure to 5 parts rain water, let it steep a few days to a week, then dilute it about 1:1 with water before applying it. I've also used horse manure in this way. They both seem to work great, and go far too: a five gallon bucket of manure makes 50 gallons of liquid fertilizer.

According to the website "NPK value of everything", bat guano can be as much as two times more potent than pigeon manure (8/5/1 versus 4.19/2.24/1.0) and chicken and horse have lower values still, so you could dilute yours even more?

I think you would get some benefit with what you have in mind. You could multiply the benefit by at least 100% by actually making an actively aerated compost tea, which would cost you very little and make substantial improvement to the soil. Google "actively aerated compost tea" for directions. Al

Many people seem to want to mix fert. in tea, such as mixing guano with worm castings, molasses, kelp , fish emulsion and the like. I have made worm tea many times, but I want to know if its the guano or the castings that is making the difference. So it seems a little counter productice in that sense.
