I don't have much experience, my blueberries are in their 3rd year and this is the first year I have had blossoms. They are coming with the leaves, I'm afraid.

I've had mine for about 10 years and they do usually leaf and bloom around the same time. However, depending on the variety, you may have blooms after leaf-out has commenced in earnest (I have one that is a late bloomer/fruiter), where the buds are continually developing and opening right into summer. Also note that if your plant is young, you will have much less bloom and fruit. Blueberries usually start hitting their peak after about 6 - 7 years and encouraging new fruiting canes will keep the bush productive for a long time.

I just recieve 5 Blueberry bushes. I dug them up from a very old farm. They all range from 4 to 5 ft. Will they have berries this year? Or how long will it take? I have some in partial shade. Will they still prodce berries in partial shade?
