I have a wood cold frame with a glass top. I have trouble remembering to open the top each day (and close it at night) to prevent moisture from being trapped inside.

Here's a picture of the one I ordered. This is not the company I bought from, however, it is a good picture.

I have one of those, and I really like it. It stakes down nicely, zippers work, etc. The only thing I don't like is that the sides slope in, so I have a hard time figuring out what to grow under the low parts of the roof. It's great for starting seedlings, protecting things, etc.

An alternative is to get some #9 wire (I think that;s what it is called, it's a heavy guage wire that sells by the roll - 25 ft) snip into 3-4 ft lengths, and bend into hoops. If you bend a small loop about 18 inches from each end, you get asomething to tie onto. Push the stake ends of the hoops into your garden over the bed, and cover with your choice of covering (frc or plastic). Take a cord/string and run it from one side, over the top to the next hoop, going through the little hoops. This will keep the covering on and also let you slide one side up a bit for ventilation.

It's probably less $$ than going for a cold frame, although the frame probably does look better.. !
