Summer squash plants always get silverleaf. What to do?

Without fail, be it spring or fall, my summer squash plants always get silverleaf. I know it's whitefly related but currently I'm not seeing that many whiteflies around my 2 squash plants. But sure enough they both have silverleaf. The whiteflies appear to be loving my butternut squash, cantaloupe and okra though. I do occasionally spray these with insecticidal soap.

I have yet to grow a nice lush green squash plant. Unfortunately, I can do silver though :). I think I'm giving up growing summer squash next year.
