Hi Sandy! The consistency in the veining and the repetitive feel of the pattern in the tiles would indicate this is a porcelain tile, not a natural Carrera stone. I have used porcelain marble many times in bathroom projects and there are great perks to substituting porcelain in lieu of real stone, including practically zero maintenance, less chance of cracking and no risks of darker or tiles that are not in keeping with the overall floor (which often happens with real stone). I hope this helps!
