Purple Pepper Varieties

Hi all,

this year I found a Chocolate Bell Pepper seedling at the store and bought it -- fruits were a beautiful dark chocolate near-black color. Added some color variety to the dinner table.

So it sparked my interest and got me looking around for other varieties to try and I've seen some lovely photos of purple bells. But there don't seem to be that many varieties that I could find anyway. Can ya'll make some suggestions? And when I say purple, I mean like lavender-purple....not practically black. And is there such a thing as a large purple bell similar in size to standard grocery-store sized green bells or are they all on the small side?? The variety or two I looked up appear to start out purple when they're immature and then as they grow and ripen they turn red. So if picked purple they will be smaller than most market-sized Bells. Are there any purple varieties that mature large and purple??

I know of 'Islander' I found at Johnny's Seed which is on the smaller side. Any others out there I should look into??
