OK 2 problems here. Whatever product you use to kill CG will kill clover.

Second problem is if you have clover in Bermuda lawn indicates you are not fertilizing the grass properly with enough nitrogen. Otherwise the clover would not be there to begin with.

This is interesting. Apparently the OP likes the mix of bermuda and clover. And as TW pointed out, you likely would not have any clover if you had been fertilizing along the way. The next irony is that the reason you have crabgrass is the same reason you have clover. You have stopped fertilizing and the bermuda has thinned out allowing other plants to move in.

Yes, I hadn't fertilized yet because I just moved here. I ended up buying a preemergent crabgrass preventer (prodiamine/Barricade) + feed that supposedly doesn't kill clover. It probably won't make a big difference since the crabgrass has already sprouted, but maybe it will keep it from spreading and I can apply it earlier next year.

You are just going to have to bite the bullet, if you want Bermuda you have to work at it and nuke the clover and CG with post emergence and fertilize your Bermuda 5 to 8 time per year depending on your location.

You do know that clover feeds your grass with nitrogen.
