My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

anyone know about native Fla trees

I live in North Central Fla just west of Gainesville-Go Gators! There are several trees that I cannot name. I'll ask about them one at a time.

The first one grows in the woods around my house. It is full of thorns from bottom of trunk to tip ends of branches. The thorns are very large and close together. If anyone fell into it - oh i don't want to think about it. I'll send a photo when I find out how to do it, but if you ever saw it you wouldn't forget it. Thanks for any help.

Phyllis
