Cabinets size please.

I have 9' ceiling in my kitchen and want to do the double cabinet as shown here. What are the dimensions of the cabinet? Is it 30" on the bottom and 15 on the top? Also, what is the height of the crown?

    Nice Choice ,Genrally the cabinet at base are 28'' plus cabinet legs of 4'' giving a finished ht.of 32'';
    Back splash of 24' and upper cabinets again 28'' since you have 9' height ; your upper cabinets will be 48(if you do a 30'' and 15'' you would be left with surplus height that your carpenter can adjust with little variation )'' plus a 4'' Crown and you decide the horizontal sections in the upper cabinets as per your hands reach as such shelves are convenient to use .

    This particular kitchen is a little higher than 9'-0" so this is a perfect example for you! The base cabinets are overall 34-1/2" high with a 1-1/4" thick countertop, which finishes at 35-3/4". The backsplash is 18-1/4" high and the wall cabinets are 48" overall with 15" at the top and 33" at the bottom. The crown can range based on your home, but in your case you'll have 6" left for your ceiling solution. You could always increase the overall height of the wall cabinets if you were looking to have it less than 6". Good luck!

    are the uppers 18" plus 30" or 15" plus 33"? I think these look very balanced and perfect with the crown moulding. We are in the middle of building right now - making lots of decisions including this one! thank you
