GT5000 Frame alignment Issue

I have an 04 GT5000 25HP Kohler. Been mowing 2-3 acres / plowing snow every winter since I bought it. every year I have found it more and more difficult to get the mower deck on and I have been noticing the mow being a lot more uneven.

So I finally pull the hood and took a hard look at it. It seems like the frame may be out of alignment. I determined this by measuring from the ground up to the front suspension brackets. This is the bracket that the front suspension plate attaches to and is secured with a pin. The other side of the front suspension plate attaches tho the front of the mower deck. When measured I found that one side is about 1/2" higher than the other. This causes all sorts of geometry issues when putting on the mower deck.

I can also see a high difference when comparing the axle with the heat shield of the muffler. When sitting on the tractor the left side is lower. So the wheels are square with the ground but everything else is off. I was also able to confirm the with a bubble level.

Is there anyway to fix this? An adjustment bar somewhere? All tires have equal pressure so I believe I ruled out the obvious. I hope this isn;t the end of my machine. Was hoping for ten years.
