Mine pumped out a lot of blooms last year when it was new too. Mine, however, didn't make it through the winter. I was sad to see it go and may replace it. It was fairly disease resistant too.

I just planted Easy Does it on April 30th of this year.
It's still small (own-root) 8"-10" high and wide. It's been a slow starter for me. It has bloomed twice and I just noticed today it's has 4 more buds on it.
The blooms are awesome...

I grew it several years ago. Mine got a lot of Black spot. I don't know what happened to it, but I don't have it anymore. It was probably swallowed by a larger healthier neighbor.

I really liked mine too last year. I bought it already potted at the local nursery and it bloomed well all year with no disease (but I spray once in awhile). Unfortunately it did not make it over our colder then normal winter. This year I bought Adobe Sunrise as it's in the same color range as EDI hoping it will prove more winter hardy......Maryl

I planted two in May. One from Chamblee and one from Lowes. Both are small, but blooming non-stop. No disease. I hope they make it through the winter. Beautiful color and shape.

I planted one last year (a grafted rose) and was disappointed to see it blackspot. However, this year it's clean as a whistle and putting out lovely blooms. Hopefully it will continue to 'bulk up' so winters don't do it in.

This is my favourite. Right next to my front door and I have had people knock on the door to ask what it is. A heavy bloomer in its second year, it is about 4 feet by 2.5 feet. No disease at all, bloomed until frost and started up again in mid-June. No winter protection in 5b.

Kidhorn, you must be thinking of a different rose. Easy Does It was a 2010 introduction.

I love this rose. I have two. Bush and Tree rose. Both in pots. It blooms a lot and is so pretty. The bush survived just fine overwinter in my garage. I love the multi-colored hues of the blossoms even if it doesnt have much scent.
