Areal bummer when that sort of thing happens. Paypal claims they get your money back for you so you should be right. But it would be nice to get the plants you wanted.

If they really are on a bayou, they're probably a bit south of where I am, but the delay may be weather-related. The Cals in my yard just appeared very recently, waaaaay later than previous years. If you ordered already-growing plants, the delay may be something the company can't control. If you ordered dormant bulbs, was the expected ship date indicated at the time of ordering? Could just be a technical issue between paypal and the company. There is a forum for vendor reviews "rate & review vendors."

There could be many valid reasons for the delay but none for the total lack of communication. When I called the phone number, which was not listed anywhere on the site, only on my PayPay transaction receipt, you just get a stock "leave a message". No company ID.
