áut dried part of the stem and place in water. All this is put on the light and wait for the ripening capsule. Periodically change the water.

This doesn't look good. The stalk is very withered so I'm wonder how long it's been since the seedpod has had any nutrients. All you can do is what Oleg suggested and cut the green pedicel off and place in water.
You might eke out a few grayish brown seeds but in my experience they never germinate. Good Luck!

Make sure to turn the cut scape upside down and fill it with water (it's hollow). Then put your finger over the end and place it in a glass of water. That keeps the water in the scape.
