I just gave my indoor banana a good watering and zillions of worms surfaced. Every size from babies to about 2" long. They look like they could be earthworms but there is just way too many. They literally covered the soil. I'm thinking maybe I should scrape the surface of the soil and collect them and give them a toss outside?? Where the heck did they come from and what (I'm wondering) are they eating?? Hmmm...! Obviously they some how made there way in from the pot being outside last summer? I would think that these numbers can't be good for my banana which is very established and up to the ceiling. Am I right?!?
