I have a feeling that I'm not the only one who's thinking this, but are you talking about the plant I've circled in your picture? Just making sure the correct plant is IDed. If you're talking about the plant I circled, I think that's Tillandsia usneoides, AKA 'Spanish Moss.' If it's not, that plant is something completely new to me and hopefully someone will correct me. If it is, that name should provide you with enough information to look up its care online (if you choose to do so). I don't have any experience with 'Spanish Moss,' although it does grow wild here.

I don't think it's Spanish Moss (but that does look similar). I had this plant before (now dead-long time) & I can't think of name off the top of my head. You don't often see it for sale. I'd have to find old lists or access my old desktop to see if I can find the name. I'll be back if I do. Technically, not a succulent, but yes, drought tolerant.

I had couple of them too & long dead now. Don't think it was labelled Spanish moss either...but have to look if I saved a tag. Rina

This is my "one thing learned for the day." I've never seen anything like this plant before, it sounds intriguing (considering it's probably not Spanish moss after all)! Doesn't sound like it's something I should myself attempt to grow though if it's been long dead for both of you... my luck would be much worse I'm sure. Thanks for the correction.

Hi all:

It's not Spanish moss. I saw it pictured in a fairy garden and bought three small plants. Sooner, rather than later, they all dried out. I tried watering them often but too no avail. I recently noticed that one of them is getting new shoots as I indicated in the picture. I will try to research the true name and let you know. Thanks.
