I bought a pack of 3 'Wyoming' Cannas and planted them in 6" pots to eventually move to large outdoor containers around late May. Few questions:

How long from first growth to first bloom?

Two of the rhizomes had a single bud starting to grow, the third had nothing at all. Will the third grow or is it a goner??

While indoors, what's a good temperature? Soil temp in the pots is 67 degrees. Should they be warmer? If they are warmer, will they grow faster or healthier??
