I had one about that size that I moved to the back of my property. It handled the move just fine. I wasn't sure how it would do back there since it's mostly shade, but it's done fine for the past 10 years. Sorry I don't remember what time of year it was moved.

I would move it now, if you can.
With a very long handled shovel.
Hopefully, it will bloom for you if you move it now.
