Yes! I've used the same landscaper at two houses. Robert Radcliffe in Holly Springs does great hardscape and is easy to work with. I've sent him to so many folks who have also been thrilled with his work. I love the stone work that he's done here and at a previous house.

I've got a recommendation too! My main reason for having the pro's take over at my house was drainage issues (like yours, water from houses above mine cascading). Water redirection and hardscaping did the trick and I've kept them onboard tweaking and doing the heavy lifting maintenance ever since - six years now. They really know their stuff.
