Dorstenia Question

I know Dorstenia go dormant in the winter and i am assuming that is why the leaves on this plant are turning yellow. I don't want to over water and rot it out as it is the only one of this species I have. This past summer it had yellow leaves and this was from insufficient watering. I know none of you can see my growing conditions etc, but would you assume at this time of year (fall/winter/ cool temps) it is probably going dormant?
Thanks, Howard
