Some of the poisonous mushrooms look like that. For good identification, you need a spore print.

I am no mycologist, but I believe that is a shaggy-parasol??
Likes grass clippings and fir trees, they have a varying flavor from nutty and good , too not so tasty.

Shaggy parasol is edible, but closely resembles some of the poisonous ones. Be careful
