My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The floors are Engineered 5” Kentwood/ Maple/ Pioneer/ Antiqued Strip. Note that this product did not offer coordinating baseboards and stair treads, so the stair treads shown in this home (in other photos on houzz.com) were
    custom built to match and distressed by hand.
