Newbie - Starting Personal Cutting Garden

I am fairly new to gardening and would like to start a cutting garden. I would like for it to be perennial flowers. I would also like to be able to get cutting all spring, summer, fall if possible.

What am looking for is a resource that will tell me where to plant what. I think as I become more comfortable with gardening I may change to wanting to pick out the kinds of flowers but for now, I would like a plan of plant this beside this and so on. Does anyone know where I can find something like that?
