How do I save them for next year?

I have a couple beautiful dahlias that I would love to save for next year. I know they are tender in my region (west chester, south easter corner of PA). They are in containers. Should I bring the containers in or dig them up & when should I do this? If I dig them what's the procesure?

If you scroll to the bottom of the page, and use the "search", you will find several different threads on digging, dividing and storing tubers. You should be able to find all the info you need. (and more)
