The hardware can be found here at http://rusticahardware.com/top-mount-modern-tube-track/ The door looks like it was custom made.

The barn door that opens to the master bath in the Wave House is a black walnut veneer with clear water-based sealer. It was custom made and products like this can be ordered through our supplier, Leadwin Doors.

The hardware is NOT from Rustica Hardware as the above comment suggests.

The hardware is called Flatec II - Barn Door hardware in stainless steel,
and was sourced through Hafele, a company based in Germany.
