Severe snapdragon wilting

Hey all I have a row of newly planted annual snapdragons in my garden out front. They looked ok for a few days but now they are totally wilted. Leaves against the stems wilted. My mom had some planted also and they are also looking very wilted. I know they are not big fans of heat but this week has only been in the 70s. Althought it was close to 90 when I planted them but they looked fine then. Gave them some high phosphorus fertilizer and we will see what happens but I am close to pulling them out and replacing with something else. I don't have much confidence that they are going to get full size as the ones my mom has had since mothers day never seemed to grow. Any ideas?
