Me, too. I planted a bed of them and had to go buy another half of a flat to replace those that were beyond hope. To me, it seems that they may have been planted too shallow at the greenhouse. They were full of bloom but the plants themselves were small, I suppose to show off the colors better for Memorial Day shoppers. Against my better judgment, I bought them. Probably would have helped if I had pinched off all the blooms after planting them.

After the planting the second batch, I sprinkled some fertilizer, watered and mulched the whole bed real good. So far so good, but if it doesn't rain later this afternoon, I'll have to go water them again.

Established snapdragons and pansies start to shrivel and gradually die with the first major heat wave here in East Texas. Mine died this week. I am sad to lose them, but they have given me 7 to 8 months of continuos beauty. And I will plant more next fall. They do well in winter here.
