My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A nice surprise

We haven't had any freezing yet but we are geting frost each night. I was walking in thegarden this morning and noticed that both Immortality Iris and Forever Violet iris are sending up rebloom stalks. Immortality didn't flower this summer but FV did and twice so far this fall. I just hope they will be able to bloom. Marg
