There is a tree in my office parking lot that I can't identify. The bark looks like a beech tree but it is covered with stems that have dozens of little white flowers that resemble bells. The flowers are about 1/2 inch ling, have about 10 little stems inside with yellow heads like a honeysuckle, and it smells similar to a gardenia. Anybody know what it is?
