My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This is a followup to satellitehead's rant. Man oh man, what a mess. I ran into a similar situation yesterday looking at busted bags of stuff at Lowe's. The employee WARNED ME NOT TO BUY a similar product made by Scott's.

Sorry for your awful experience, satellitehead. The upside is that you've alerted Georgia gardeners. How about a repost on related forums within Gardenweb.
