I can't say that I have ever had rue wilt. Maybe if you share some conditions it might help us to guess. Is the plant in a garden bed or container? Is the weather very hot? Is the soil wet, dry, or ?? Full sun, shade, or ?? You get the idea....

The plant is in a raised bed next to it is a lavander bush and some roses. The weather is really hot. It gets about 6 hours of sun from 13 to 19. I watered once a week on january and started twice a week on february, cause the soil gets dry faster now. I added aged manure at the begining of January. I planted it a year ago, it has flowered plenty. I doens't show signs of any bug or fungus damage.

Afternoon sun is the most intense, & rue likes poor or lean soil;
you might try a shade cloth in the late afternoon/evening, & get as much of that aged manure off the root zone as possible.

If your rue is indoors that could be your problem. It’s a hardy outdoor plant.
