Bay Leaf Bush

I am lucky to have a couple nice sized bushes but one lost it's leaves a year or more ago so I cleaned the roots and transplanted it into a clean pot. It is just branches, red in color and still smells really good when I took a small snip . Do I have a chane that this will ever grow again ?

Once leaves have dropped and its over a year of no foliage, I doubt it. Worst yet, you 'cleaned the roots', which may have just pushed it beyond all hope of recovering.

Yup! Time for a new plant.... and probably bigger pots.
