My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Usual dosage is: boil 1-2g root in water for 1 minute. Cool. Take 3 cups daily.
Warning: According to some sources, the plant is toxic when eaten. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. May induce abortion. May increase the effects of barbiturates. Use in combination with sedatives should be avoided. Best used under professional medical supervision.
Sorry I met in the harvesting of the root. I want to grow it myself, and after you dry it out I know there is more to do to prepare it before consumption.
And when that warning says eaten, does that count in water?
The dried root is crushed and (usually) powdered. The harder sections might respond to the use of a hammer! You can pound them the hard way, or you can put them into a food processor or coffee grinder and process until the pieces become powdery.
Eaten=ingested=taken orally into the body. Taken with or without water, you can expect the same results.
I found some in capsule form in our local Indian grocery store and have tried it a few times.
I now save it for days when I really need a bit of extra energy, and take it in the morning of that day.
It will work well for one day with me, but the next day after use I will be a bit more tired than usual. If i take it again the second day, I will just get even more tired,
