This same exact question was just recently posted here. Without knowing the actual types, growing condictions, and many other factors, no one can predict a definate answer. If you plant a 50 square foot area of one single herb, the amount harvested would depend on how many plants are in that 50 sq. ft area. Tarragon cannot be planted from seeds, as recently posted here. Garlic is usually planted in fall

I doubt that cilantro will be happy in the summer here in California, depending on where in California you live.
