Very pretty. And always nice to have a new bloomer for the very first time.

Those first-time bloomers are always a thrill. Do you grow many of the Westbourne daylilies?

Woah!! That is pretty, but that's totally not what I was expecting it to look like, Nancy. Lol
*confused*
I thought it was cream with a deep purple solid eye.
I like the white border on the sepals, and the throat color though.

I have Westbourne Easter Egg Hunt that MJ Meadows sent me and this is what has been blooming for me.

Very pretty, both of them.

Yes, Julia, that's what I thought it was, too, but I traded an extra fan of a clump I ordered from her to Nancy - hers bloomed and mine didn't, but obviously it came mislabeled. :( (either that or it's having a costume party)

I bet I got my tags switched! This must be W. Easter Sunrise. I should have double checked Tinkers before I posted :) I went to check my tag, & I definitely have this labeled Easter Egg Hunt, but it is just like me to switch 'em. Sorry about that, & thanks for helping me correct it!
I have 4 Westbournes, am really liking them all so far, but they are all pretty new. First year bloom on all or them, I believe. I'm looking forward to seeing them next year when they have settled better & see how they multiply.

I really don't think it came mislabeled, we'll blame it on those garden gnomes having fun at my expense again! W. Easter Sunrise is described as a lavender with deeper veining & a bronze edge. I'm not seeing much of a bronze edge, but this sounds like it otherwise.

Whatever name it is it is very pretty.

Yes!! *gently kicks garden gnome* Go find a mushroom to hide under, you impy nitwit. *shakes fist*
I was momentarily stressed lol
